Since I splurged on my new head protection, the kuripot in me felt that I needed to off set the money spent by saving on other areas of protection.

I was looking around my favorite hardware  when I saw these affordable half finger bike gloves.

The top mesh provides good protection from the sun while letting my hands/palms breathe.

The underside provides good grip and absorbs sweat well. I should know as I have sweaty palms.

There are also small reflective strips on each knuckle that provides added visibility during night rides.

I got them for only 180 pesos at Ace Hardware. 🙂
